Filling technological description for filling line:
filling  technicas and composition is designed and innovated by ourselves. It adopts
massive fluent filling and repair quantify filling . filling valve is SUS fantastic casting process,
it has air proof ring to stay away from attrition of the metallic .it is handle by cylinder , and it is
stabilization . in the filling method, barrel after washing transport  to covey barrel screw.
The covey barrel screw apart the barrel equality to star-wheel. The star-wheel guide the
barrel to filling method.  When the filling cylinder satisfy journey change,  cylinder moves
down to open up filling valve.  Filling valve start to fill. Right after filling , cylinder satisfy with journey
switch yet again and move up. Filling valve shut. The barrel soon after filling export by star-wheel.
And transport to capping device by chains. Filling components has 12 filling valves to fulfill the speed of the machine  at the same time , liquid situation  is nicety since of managing by journey change.
