Filling technical description for filling line:
filling  technicas and composition is designed and innovated by ourselves. It adopts
big fluent filling and repair quantify filling . filling valve is SUS wonderful casting process,

stabilization . in the filling approach, barrel soon after washing transport  to covey barrel screw.
The covey barrel screw aside the barrel equality to star-wheel. The star-wheel guide the
barrel to filling system.  When the filling cylinder meet up with journey change,  cylinder moves
down to open filling valve.  Filling valve commence to fill. Soon after filling , cylinder meet up with with journey
switch again and move up. Filling valve close. The barrel soon after filling export by star-wheel.
And transportation to capping machine by chains. Filling elements has 12 filling valves to satisfy the pace of the device  at the exact same time , liquid place  is nicety because of controlling by journey change.
